From 4th September 2019, four school place’s will be available as follows:
2 places in Year 3 class (academic year 2019/2020) children born between 01.09.2011 – 31.08.2012
2 places in Year 5 class (academic year 2019/2020) children born between 01.09.2009 – 31.08.2010
Parents of children currently in Year 2 or Year 4 are invited to apply.

The closing date for the return of completed application forms is midday on Monday 15th July 2019.

Admissions to St Mary's Catholic Primary School
Reception Intake : Academic Year 2019/2020
For those parents interested in applying for a place at St Mary's Catholic Primary School for the Reception Intake 2019/2020 (those children born between 01.09.2014 & 31.08.2015) the Waltham Forest Primary Brochure containing criteria for all schools and information on how to apply will be available from September 2018.
Brochures are available online via the London Borough of Waltham Forest Website or can be obtained directly from Waltham Forest Pupil Admissions, Telephone 020 8496 3000 (Option 5 - Admissions) (or in person at Sycamore House, Walthamstow Town Hall Complex, Forest Road, Walthamstow E17 4JX - opening times 9.30 am - 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays. A limited number of Primary Brochures will also be available from primary schools and nursery schools (state and private).
Applications can be made on-line from September at www.eadmissions.org.uk and parents are encouraged to use this route if at all possible. Alternatively, a paper application can be submitted using the 'Common Application Form' (CAF) obtainable from Primary Admissions. The closing date for applications is 15th January 2019.
Parents/carers who want to support their application with a copy of the Certificate of Catholic Practice need to make an appointment with their parish priest to obtain and complete the certificate. The child’s original baptism certificate will also need to be seen by the school. It is the responsibility of the parents /carers to ensure all supporting documentation is returned to the school office on or before the 15th January 2019.

Reception intakes are co-ordinated by the Borough and the application process commences in the year before your child is due to start school.
